What changed
Written for somebody who plays the game rather than somebody who reads the code. The same list is a feed if you would rather not come back.

- Hear new interface clicks and orders, building-finished chimes and building-lost alarms per race, a construction hammer, two sizes of collapse, and building selects you can actually hear.
- Hear new blows on armour and on flesh, a swing you can hear before it lands, a wood chop, a gold clink and an arrow release, all picked by ear.
- See redrawn race cursor hands, now bigger and pointing from the fingertip: a steel gauntlet, a green clawed orc hand and a skeletal hand in a ragged plum sleeve.
- Fix a creep that could stand stuck after a fight near its camp, ignoring your attacks and never healing; it now walks home and fights back again.
- Press LEARN on the main menu to open the basics lesson directly; the three practice drills are gone, and a hurt unit being chased now prompts you to Fall back.
- Hear the announcer say "Our forces are under attack!" and "The gold mine is running low."; an ally's last building under attack sounds the horn instead of "Our town".
- Hear your Peasant, Drudge or Summoner report a finished building, or say they can't build where you clicked.
- Hear the announcer, not your selected unit, when a button you can't afford is pressed, and click-spam jokes play in order.
- Hear casters' missiles as magic bolts instead of bowstrings, and no bow draw before a spell; the Scarecrow's thorn no longer twangs.
- Brighten the player colours toward Warcraft III's: a true red, a strong blue, a leaf green and a deep violet. The old colorblind-safe colours stay behind the COLORBLIND setting.
- Ring your units green, allies and gold mines yellow, and enemies and creeps red, as in Warcraft III; an enemy's ring is cut open at front and back, so friend and foe differ even without colour.
- Play a new Orc main-menu theme, a campfire anthem with war drums, a gang of singing orcs, a horn and a crackling fire.
- Redraw the three race crests: a bigger shield with a gold boss, an Orc axe with a red-wrapped grip and a bone tooth, and the pumpkin without its dark outline.
- Soften the flash on your buildings when they're hit, so a Town Hall under heavy attack no longer strobes.
- Hover or long-press a unit's damage or armour to read its type, reach and matchups; units that can hit flyers now wear a small air mark instead of every melee unit saying it can't.
- Size the minimap to the height of the panels beside it at every window size, with the map filling its frame.
- Meet the Shieldbearer: the Human Barracks' first soldier, once the Footman, now goes by the name his shield earns him. Same stats, same Defend.
- Read plain English on the end screen: your shamans, werewolves and cursed mummies are no longer shamen, werewolfs and cursed mummys.
